with Stirring Facilities
The Power-driven Sucking Aerators,
MB type, are designed for oxygen saturation of waste waters in the
process of sewage biological treatment in ponds and other water-development
works of enterprises of pulp-and-paper, chemical, petrochemical and other
industries. The aerators are made of two versions, viz. MB 18.5-0,9 and MB
55-1,2, where figures 18,5 and 55 denote driving power in kW, while figures
0,9 and 1,2 - turbine-type agitator diameter in m. Making material is steel ÑòÇñï
GOST380. For the adequate functioning of the aerator the structure depth should
be from 2 to 5 meters.
The Power-driven Aerators with
Stirring Facility, ÌÐÓ type (see
foto),
are designed to prevent the precipitation of suspended particles in waste waters
of enterprises of pulp-and-paper, chemical, petrochemical and other industries.
Driving power is 40 kW, material is steel ÑòÇñï, GOST 380. The
structure depth is from 2 to 5 meters.
The Power-and-Air-driven Aerators,
ÏM type, are intended for oxygen saturation and stirring of waste waters
in the process of their biological treatment in aerotanks and other similar
structures. The aerators are manufactured in three versions, viz. ÏÌ
18,5-1,1, ÏÌ 55-1,6, ÏÌ 75-1,5, where figures 18,5; 55; 75 denote
driving power in kW, while figures 1,1; 1,6; 1,5 - agitator diameter in m. The
structure depth is 5 m. Material is steel ÑòÇñï GOST 380.
The Power-driven Equipment with
Stirring Facility, ÏÌ 25-0/0
type, is intended to stir formaldehyde or other resins with dynamic viscosity of
not exceeding 0,5 Pa's, density of not exceeding 2000 kg/m3. Drive
power 7,5 kW. Material is steel ÑòÇñï.
The Fermenter with Stirring
Facility (see foto),
volume capacity of 16 m3, is designed for stirring media consisting
of heterogeneic components with dynamic viscosity of max. 0,65 Pa· s and
density of max. 1350 kg/m3 and is used in such media as flour, water,
chloramine, formalin, sunflower-seed oil, malt-residue filtrate, maize extract.
These media are classified as corrosive, explosion- and fire-proof, Ó4
climatic version acc. to COST 15150-69.
Operating pressure, 0,3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2).
External pressure is vacuum with residual pressure of 300 mm Kg. Design
intrinsic pressure, 0,365 MPa (3,65 kgf/cm2). Design ambient pressure,
0,4 MPa (4,0 kgf/cm2). Operating temperature condition, +30°C.
Sterilization temperature condition, +140°C. Minimum permissible wall
temperature, +30°C. Maximum permissible wall temperature, +150°C Material,
steel 12X18H10T, GOST 5632-72. Steel 08X22H6T, GOST 5632-72 is
admissible.
