Production of an industry Technologies of maintenance safety ALUMINIUM-MADE APPARATUSES
Aluminium-made
Apparatuses
Welded reservoirs
are designed for reception, storage, transportation and discharge of liquid or
gaseous media, harmful, explosion-and/or fire- hazardous ones including,
classified by GOST 12.1.007 and GOST 12.1.011 (except for the type ÂÏÏ
apparatuses), with the density of max. 1600 kg/m3, working fluid
temperature of from -40°C to +70°C, in the conditions of static or low-cyclic
loads with the number of load cycles of not exceeding 2000 for the entire period
of operation in the regions of max. 6-magnitude seismicity.
Basic structural material is
aluminum A5 to GOST 11069, and aluminium A8 to GOST 11069 for the nitric acid
medium at a temperature above +30°C.
The apparatuses are manufactured of
four types:
-
horizontal with ellipsoidal heads,
ÃÝÝ type, of the rated volume capacity of 2,5 to 100 m3
acc. to type-size row. Depending on the operating pressure the reservoirs are
made of various volumes, i.e. 2,5 to 6,3 m3 for the reference
pressure of up to 0,25 MPa (2,5 kgf/cm2) and 2,5 to 100 m3
for the reference pressure of up to 0,07 MPa (0,7 kgf/cm2);
-
horizontal with the ellipsoidal
heads, ÃÝÝ type, with the tube bundle, used for the media requiring
in storage preset temperature maintenance, at the reference pressure of max.
0,07 MPa (0,7 kgf/cm2). Heat-transfer agent pressure is not more
than 0,3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2), rated volume capacity of 6,3 to 63 m3
acc. to type-size row;
-
vertical with ellipsoidal heads, ÂÝÝ
type, used at a reference pressure of up to 0,25 MPa (2/5 kgf/cm2),
rated volume capacity of 1 to 25 m3 ace. to type-size row;
-
vertical with flat heads, ÂÝÝ
type, used for the explosion-and fire-hazardous and harmful (3- and 4 class of
danger) media, classified by GOST 12.1.007, rated volume capacity of 1 to 50 m3
acc. to type-size row.
PA
type Apparatuses (see foto) are designed for storage
of strong nitric acid, light petroleum products (petrol, kerosene, diesel fuel),
as well as liquid foodstuffs (lead and arsenic being controllable). The
apparatuses can also be used for transportation of media with fluid density of
max. 1660 kg/m3, operating temperature of -50°C to +50°C, excessive
pressure of max 0,06 MPa (0,6 kgf/cm2).
Manufactured are the following
models, viz. PA-2, PA-20, PA-40 and PA-100, where the figures
denote the rated volumes in m3. Basic structural material is
aluminium AStoGOST 11069.
Loose Material Bins
(see foto) are designed for storage and accumulation of polymeric loose products (granulated
and powdery) with the density of max. 1000 kg/m3 at the atmospheric
pressure. Basic structural material is aluminium ÀÌÃÇ to GOST 4784.
The bins are mounted indoors oral the open sites in the regions with the
seismicity of up to8magnitude and wind velocity head not exceeding 55x10-4
kgf/m2. The bins are made of two types, viz. aerated and non-aerated.
The aerated bins are intended for the products prone to become consolidated.
Aeration is achieved by air bubbling from bottom upwards through the product.
The non-aerated bins are manufactured with the volume capacity of 1 to 320 m3
àñc. to type-size row, while the aerated bins, with volume capacity of 5 to
320 m3 acc. to type-size row. All the bins, except for the 320-m3
bin, are delivered in the assembled state. The 320-m3 bin is
delivered in two separate units and is assembled with the help of flange joint.
When mounted the bins are installed on a concrete foundation or metalwork.
The ÂÝÝ-1,6-1Ì-01
Hydrogen Peroxide Vessel, made of
aluminium A5, is designed for storage and transportation of hydrogen peroxide of
the rated volume capacity of 1,6 m3 and intake pressure 325 kg by
weight.
