Latest Inventions Technologies of salvaging A METHOD OF AND INSTALLATION FOR SEWAGE WATER PURIFICATION
A
method of and installation for sewage water purification
Traditional method for sewage
water purification by means of an activated silt suspension includes delivery of
sewage water in a equalizing reservoir and consequent its re-pumping to an
activation reservoir, the supply of purified water to the secondary settling
tank, and the removal of residual silt through a discharge port after the
settlement.
In the newly-developed technology,
when sewage water level in the equalizing reservoir drops below the preset
minimal value, the activation process is automatically terminated and an
excessive amount of silt or a silt containing dirty water is pumped from the
activation reservoir to the equalizing reservoir until the sewage water level in
the equalizing reservoir hasn’t been restored and attained the preset
operation level. After that, the process of pumping-off silt from the activation
reservoir is terminated and the activation process is restored.
In the second modification of the
newly-developed method, after termination of the activation process excessive
silt is pumped with a certain time delay taken in the range of 30 to 90 minutes.
Typical activation installation
for biological sewage water purification by means of activated silt suspension
comprises a equalizing reservoir, with sewage water delivery system and a pump
to supply raw water from the equalizing reservoir to the activation reservoir.
Air is injected to the activation reservoir and then rejected to the secondary
settling tank equipped with a pump to discharge silt from the secondary settling
tank to the activation reservoir, and a discharge port. In the newly-designed
installation, a floating switch activated by minimal and operation level of
sewage water is placed in the equalizing reservoir. The switch ensures the
termination of the activation process and turns on the pump to discharge silt
from the activation reservoir to the equalizing reservoir or turns off the said
pump to restore the activation process when the sewage water operation level in
the equalizing reservoir has been reached.
