Annotation.

Scientists would like to have such a theory which could explain behavior of the whole matter world – from elementary particles to galaxies, so called “a theory of everything”. I’d like to introduce to you the theory of such kind.

______________________________________________________________

This theory should give some understanding of implication of many processes proceeding round us. It is written in the form of short statements. The article's language is far from a special terms. Perhaps, this fact can make it less valuable for somebody. But on the other hand, "the theory of everything" could be better understood by unskilled person. The reason of it is that the theory can't be related neither physics, philosophy, nor biology or other section of a science. And it's hardly possible to find any scientist who does not belong to any of the scientific section. I also reckon, we all are equal in our desire to comprehend the surroundings.

Statement 1. The existence of matter equal its development. In other words, development is the only route to existence for matter, and time is a measure of this development.

From this statement it follows that matter cannot only exist; it constantly develops (evolves). In the same way everything constantly changes and develops, including elementary particles. Therefore the elementary particles which exist now differ from the particles which came into being at the moment of the origin of the Universe. It is just as the mature person differs from him or herself at the moment of birth. I wonder, if they consider this fact in experiments with Large Hadron Collider? Most likely, the energy of modern elementary particles differs from the energy of particles at the moment of the origin of the Universe. Besides, particles have possibly lost some properties over time, and gained others.

Statement 2. Laws on which the matte develops (evolves), are not hidden deeply, they are inevitably shown in everything - in the behaviour of elementary particles, or planets, or people. Most of the laws are already known for some special cases of a matter. These laws, most likely, can be extended to other cases. Actually, the entire process of cognition is a process of cognition of Laws of the External World, i.e. the laws of the Development of Matter. I will formulate some of these laws with reference to my theory.

1.Balance. Everything aspires to balance. Examples can be the following: the ball which rolls down a hill and rests in an equilibrium position; a molecule in which the configuration of atoms is in the counterbalanced state.

2.Repetition (Iteration). Any event repeats with accuracy when it is caused by the same forces. Examples can be the following: similar drops which fall from a spring icicle; crystals of ice, which constantly unite in identical snowflakes, forming the counterbalanced configuration.

3.Dissimilarity. All processes proceed unequally. The reason is that all processes proceed at various/different times and in different places. Examples can be the following: there do not exist absolutely identical drops which flow down from an icicle; there are no absolutely identical snowflakes. Therefore from this it follows that in the Universe is impossible to find even two absolutely identical molecules.

Statement 3. Substance occurrence is a special case of development of a matter. From elementary particles, by balance and repetition principles, there appeared atoms. From atoms, like snowflakes, have appeared molecules. From atoms there appeared similar molecules. From long molecules, just like drops from icicles, similar pieces were broken off - and various substances came into being

Statement 4. The occurrence of life is a natural special case of the development of matter which follows and submits to all the laws of this development. I will try to describe process of the occurrence of life on the Earth in more detail.

Firstly, the Earth was in a favourable state, in the sense that at its formation there was a large and unique variety of substances. And secondly, the unique favourable conditions for development were also benign for the Earth.

At some stage of its development, in addition to principles of balance, repetition and dissimilarity on the Earth, a substance consisting of complex but similar molecules was formed. This substance is oil. It is worth noting that oil is not a product produced by dead florae and faunae but is the end result of the remains of a previous life. To some degree, this statement can be proved by the latest geological discoveries where oil was found at very great depths where life has never existed.

According to the principle of repetition/ iteration, primitive oil is more complicated, but still similar organized structures of small molecules were formed from bigger ones. They were a precursor of organules, and then they became organules themselves. It is worth noting that repetition of self-similarity is not a property of life but a property of matter, thanks to which matter was organized and developed into life.

So, in the case of crude oil, various colonies of primitive organules were formed. Then organules for the best satisfaction of the requirements started to be organized into organisms. Each requirement formed a group of organules in a special way working for its own satisfaction, and according to Organisation Law, and under its action, there was a further development of life, and an internal aspiration for development, which is inherent in all matter.

The further development of life is reasonably well known from biology, botany and other sciences. In addition, I would like to add another idea of my own. We all know that Darwin's Evolutionary processes took place but not only did it cause a big variety of development in the live world but the live world contained variations from its initial start point. Its variety is thanks to its origin from oil which is also very variable. It means that mankind has originated not from one species of monkeys and then evolved into different races and people. All races, and most likely even all nationalities, originated from one species each, and all modern monkeys originated from their own group. That's why modern monkeys cannot transform into people.

People are similar, because they develop under the same laws, and they are different because they have evolved, surrounded by different conditions. This effect spread to everything, from elementary particles to galaxies.

The main difference between living matter and non-living matter comes from the knowledge of the Laws of the External World which have the ability to predict any process before its coming. The level of this knowledge defines at what level of development there is a living being. For example, a primitive organule was only able to grasp as food only certain kinds of molecules. It places it at its own level. The flower which closes at night not to freeze has another, higher level of development. The person who launches a spaceship into the cosmos has a higher level of aspiration.

There is one more important thing I wish to write. I do not reject at all the existence in the Universe of any other substances which are distinct from matter. Whether it is a Divine substance or a Learning (Information) Field, I do not know. But that this substance does not hinder with the Laws of Development of Matter, is obvious to everyone.
