Inventions, that are listed below realizes new
technical point of view on problem of commutation of electrical and electronic
devices. It concludes in automation of commutation process. User, that
commutates devices, applies force to the automatic elements, which presses
contact pairs to each other with determinate force, but not to the contact pairs.
It allows without using force, easy and safely to produce mounting or connection
of equipment, not to damage contacts, produce the disconnection, also, with ease.
Using of inventions allows to solve technical problems of commutation more
effectively than any other way, that exists today. I’m sure, that the offered
technical point of view will determine evolution of the commutation devices in
whole world in nearest future.

1. Socket connector (RU 2 343 607 C1 - PCT/RU
2008/000352, Publication No.: WO/2009/031929).
In principle of use an invention is relative to
ZIF connector. Contact socket are clamps, which holds in open position with a
special runner. Runner produces a frame with grate of plates, which are placed
between lines of contact sockets. Free ends of contact sockets in the form of
clamps which are rests again the runner’s plates slots, which allows contact
sockets to be in open position & freely pass into them plug’s contact pins. Plug
inserts the socket without force. At the moment when all contact pins are fully
inserted in contact sockets, plug’s body presses the button in the socket’s body,
it frees the runner, which doesn’t holds contact sockets open any more, they
automatically presses contact pins. Disconnection of the electrical contacts and
extraction plug from the socket provides by single pressing on the lever, moves
runner until fixation. The runner opens contact sockets & the plug extracts from
the socket without force. Free inserting contact pins into contact sockets
provides right relative position of connecting elements. Act of the clamp of the
contact sockets button guarantees fully insertion of contact pins into them &
absence defect in plug coupler or bullet connection. Readiness of an invention
for work defines orally, when fixates of open position clicks. An invention has
small parasitic loads, which allows to low strength requirements. And this
allows to construct bullet connections, that perform higher requirements
depended on parasitical mechanical loads, such as multicontact & miniaturization,
low connection force, & also durability.
2. Lamp socket (PCT/RU 2008/000353,
Publication No.: WO/2009/025579).

An invention differs from used lamp socket in
easing of connection or replacing of manfunction electrical lamp, including the
lamp with crashed glass retort, lowering traumatism, securing safe contact with
electrical lamp. It can be used with cap lamps, spiral or bayonet connection
lamp with socket. Principle of exploitation of lamp socket is a logical
evolution of ZIF-connectors, which are used in computers for installing
processors – “zero insertion force”. Lamp 5 with zero force inserts in socket 6.
In final moment, when pushing lamp contact 9 on socket contact, holder 2
releases lamp cap clamp 1. Cap 7 holds by socket 6, densely presses second
contact of socket to lamp cap 5. For extraction the lamp from socket it is
enough to gripe special levers 11, which will open clamp for abrasion of holder
2. After that, without using a force the old lamp extracts, and the new one
installs. Both lamp contacts will be safely pressed with needed force to lamp
contacts, because of elastic properties of lamp socket body, which does not
suffer neither temperature influence nor electrical current of acting lamp. In
such a way, it provides for combinations of technical advantages of proposed
invention for modern lamp sockets: easiness connection or replacement of an
electrical lamp, including the lamp with crashed glass retort, lowering labour
content & traumatism, safe contact with electrical lamp.
3. Fiber-optic connector (RU 2 345 389 C1
- PCT/RU 2008/000579).
It differs from used fiber-optic connectors for
connection groups of fiber-optic cables in easier connection, possibility of
mounting fiber optics into fiber-optic plugs in field conditions which allows to
reject the use of patch-panels in fiber-optic networks.
Fiber-optic connector acts in following way.
Parts of centrators from butt-end of hollow cylinder to plug ferrules has able
to increase the size of hollow. After inserting plug into the socket all
ferrules without effort enters the centrators, which hollows holds enlarged with
special slider. After full insertion ferrules into assigned for them areas of
centrators slider automatically moves, allowing centrators to reduce the hollow
to the size plug’s ferrules, which provides positioning of connected fibers.
Slider’s shift provides fixation plug in the socket & releasing of paddy
elements in the plug, which provides clamp of fiber’s butt-ends with normalized
exertion (about 10 newtons). For extracting plug from the socket slider moves
into original position. After that plug’s paddy elements fixes & presses,
exertion from fiber ferrules collapses, plug’s pawls in the socket opens, size
of centrators hollow in plug increases. Freely, without exertion the plug
extracts from the socket.
4. Bullet connection (RU 2 343 608 C1 -
PCT/RU 2008/000353).

This bullet connection allows to disconnect plug
from the socket with ease when the force, applied to an electrical cord, is more,
than admissible. Bullet connection acts in the following way. In connected
condition plug 1 with cord 2 situated in socket 3. Cord 2 misses the plug of
cord holder 4 of lever 5 (the holder could be made as runner on the lever, which
allows to adjust an admissible force, applied to electrical cord). When accident
force pulls cord 2, in way marked by arrow, force acts on lever 5, allowing it
to act a plug eliminator 6, which moves plug 1 from socket 3. After extracting
the plug lever 5 & eliminator 6 returns to original position.
