  GENERAL-PURPOSE CERAMIC FILTERS
We present ceramic filters of new generation. It is important that with the help of these filters you can purify a wide number of liquids and gases from mechanical impurities. It is also important that cost of new ceramic filters is much less in comparison with the one of conventional ceramic filters.

  OIL REGISTRATION COMPLEX
Registration system of oil and oil content liquids is designed for routine measuring of composition and flow rate of well liquid, field and commercial measuring of oil by spectrometry method.

  FLOW RATE METERS OF GAS AND LOW-VISCOUS LIQUIDS
"Jet" flow rate meters of natural gas and low-viscous liquids are designed for completing a set of gas measurement and distribution stations, measuring units of different levels; they are installed on pipelines of 60 -1420 mm diameter.

  MOBILE REPAIR SHOP PRM-1
Mobile Repair Shop PRM-1 is designed for performing repair operations in the field conditions. Technological block of the shop is located in the wagon, installed at the chassis of high cross-country capability truck KrAZ-250 or KamAZ-5312.

  SCRATCHALIZER SC-65
Scratchalizer is used at the sucker rods of SSRP in order of rod wear reduction and lifting pipes mechanical dewaxing. Depending on a rod wiper stroke length and the length of sucker-rods, from 5 to 11 scratchalizers are fixed at one rod.

  PPC-24 SEMITRAILER-TANK
The semitrailer-tank is intended to transport light petrochemical products with the density of from 0,7 to 0,8 g/cm3, along the roads of the general road network, designed for passing road trains with axial load of 98 kN (10tf). It is utilized in any period of twenty-four hours in the ambient air temperature range of from -45°C to +45°C The semitrailer-tank consists of two blocked tanks of 12 m3 capacities each placed on chassie of semitrailer MAZ-9397.

  HIGH-TEMPERATURE STEAM WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT ATP 65-16-350 UHL-1
High-temperature steam wellhead equipment is designed for wellhead sealing of thermally treated wells. It provides possibility of heat carrier flow control and subsurface heat-insulated pipes / surface heat insulated steam pipeline thermal extension compensation (See picture).

  HIGH-TEMPERATURE CASING HEADS GKT-168 UHL-1, GKT-146 UHL-1
Casing Heads are supposed to be installed at the wellhead of new steam-injection wells using pretensioned casing cementing technology

  SET OF THERMAL OIL RECOVERY EQUIPMENT
A set of subsurface (downhole) and wellhead (surface) equipment assures well production lifting up to the surface.

  SUBSURFACE HEAT-INSULATED PIPES TT-73 / 114-350-1 AND TT-48/ 89-350-1
Subsurface heat-insulated pipes are designed for heat carrier (hot water, high temperature steam, gas-vapor mixture) transportation from a wellhead to bottomhole, providing minimum heat losses and production casing protection from high temperature impact.

  COMPLEX PIPE PACKING DEVICE CPU-168
Complex packing device CPU-168 is designed for packing annulus between lower end of heat insulated pipe column and inside column wall of injection wells developed by thermal methods using heat carriers and providing production casing protection from high temperatures and pressures.

  SHAPED WIRE SAND STRAINER FPP-146/168
Sand strainer is designed for holding gravel of bottom-hole gravel packs in oil production wells, both cased with 146 and 168 mm columns, and in the open hole. In the last case the filter unit is installed as casing liner. Assembling of screening sections, package, circulation valve, choke plug, subs, bushings and other component parts of the filter unit is performed in the field.

  ROD PUMPING WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT
Our rod pumping wellhead equipment is designed for installation on oil and gas on-shore wells in order to seal injection hole, control oil extraction during rod pumping and blowing out, connect research units and well repairing.

  PIPELINE EQUIPMENT
Steel double-disk gate valves are intended for installation in process pipelines for transportation liquid and gaseous non-aggressive oil products, gas, steam, water of temperature up to 425°C.

Intended to equip petroleum and gas on shore wells operated by downhole submersible pumps, and also to equip injection wells.

Our wellhead equipment is designed for installation on oil and gas on-shore injection wells in order to hang up pumping string, control of the pumping a solution in wellhole and connect research units.

  XMAS-TREE
Our Xmas-tree equipment is designed for installation on oil and gas on-shore wells in order to seal and set well production, connect research units and carry process out. Our Xmas-tree equipment is designed as cold and temperate resistant devices.

  FILTER-SEPARATORS
Filter-separators are designed for natural gas separation from liquid and solid impurities at compressor stations of gas mains to protect supercharges of gas pumping units. They are placed downstream of dust collectors as the second (final) gas separation stage. Besides that given filter-separators can be employed at booster stations, but in technically valid cases.

  D-336 FAMILY GAS-TURBINE DRIVES
They are used as drives of gas pumping, gas lift, oil pumping units as well as drives of the 21500 and 27300 Btu/h capacity power generating units. The drives employ a three-shaft arrangement and comprise a two-spool gas-generator and a free turbine. The drives are developed around the certified D-136 aero-engine. The design of drives ensures modular assembly, employment of high-efficiency system for cooling heat-affected parts and use of materials with high strength properties.

  SELF-CONTAINED MOBILE MT-1 INERT GASES GENERATOR
MT-1 generator consists of two modules. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to mount and to prepare it for operation. And in so doing connection to the external sources of power supply is not required; automatic monitoring and remote control are also provided.

  Vortex-type gas flowmeters SVG- 400, SVG- 800, SVG.M-160. SVG.M- 400, SVG.M- 800, SVG.M-1600
SVG vortex-type gas flowmeters are designed for measuring a flow rate and quantity of natural and associated gas, water steam and also some other gases with the normal density not less than 0.6 kg/m.cub., the temperature from -20°C to +200°C, the operation pressure up to 16 MPa.

  CASELESS POWDER PRESSURE GENERATORS (PGDBK)
Caseless powder pressure generators are designed for breakage and heat, gas and chemical treatment of oil and gas bearing formations by solid propellant combustion products to recover or increase filtering properties of the near-well zone. The effect is achieved due to simultaneous mechanical, thermal and physical and chemical action of powder gases on rocks, fluids saturating them and rock deposits in a near-well zone and fractures.
