  NUTRITIVE CHITOSAN AS BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE ADDITIVE
Nutritive chitosan obtained from the crustaceans carapace is designed to be used both as a technological additive (a texturizer, thickener, emulsifier) and a biologically active one —'Chitan'. It is recommended to use chitosan for prophylactic and medical purposes to treat the following diseases: surplus body weight; disturbance in fat metabolism at cardiovascular diseases for cholesterol binding; hypertonic disease.

  RAPANIN - A NEW BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE FOOD ADDITIVE
The product contains up 30% of dry matter, 2.0-2.2% of nitrogenous substances including readily available aminoacids and oligopeptides, up1 % of oil characterized by a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The products rich in biogenous macro- and microelements.
