| A road pavement capillary-breaking membrane containing a black gravel, bitumen and sand is located among compacted road pavement layers which have different linear extension coefficient (difference is from 30 to 100%) and steam permeability coefficient (difference is from 30 to 300%). Black gravel is laid in one layer over the modified bitumen layer which ensures independent operation of the layers during ambient temperature fluctuations.
