| A METHOD TO SURVEY NATURE PHENOMENON LOCAL AREA |
| Nature phenomenon local area survey method provides for air delivery of research equipment to the phenomenon local area, collection of date on the phenomenon development with the help of the said equipment, transfer of gathered information to an analytic control center, and analysis and processing of data received.
According to the newly-developed method, reference data, characterizing various nature phenomena, are introduced and stored at the analytic control center. Before investigating a phenomenon, equipment installed on global network stationary meteorological satellites gathers information about an initial stage of the phenomenon development and its local area coordinates and transfers preliminary data to the analytic control center. Preliminary data are compared with the previously introduced reference values. Based on the said comparison results, a type of the phenomenon is determined to select proper research equipment which is to be delivered to the local area in accordance with the local area coordinates received from satellites. |

| METHOD FOR CHANGING THE WEATHER CONDITIONS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE OUTLINED AREA AND THE SYSTEM TO ESTIMATE |
| The novelty of the proposed method is that the violation of the natural
circulation of air masses is performed at different altitudes in different
spatial volumes above the territory from ones to thousands of kilometers, while
the active time of the ascending airflow differs from several hours to several
days depending on the natural meteorological background and the estimation
results of the performed change in atmospheric circulation. |
