| GENERATOR OF ULRACOLD NEUTRONS |
| Generator of ulracold neutrons contains a trap of ulracold neutrons, filled with superflow helium; a device to maintain working temperature and vacuum; a means to remove ulracold neutrons from the trap. In the newly-designed installation, a trap of ulracold neutrons is placed in a shell made of solid deuterium. Heat-reflecting shield and a cylindrical layer of a radiative bismuth-made filter placed in a bath embrace the trap and the shell. The trap located in the shell, the shield and the filter are embed in a passage made in a heavy water reflector of neutrons subcritical breeder. |

| A METHOD AND DEVICE TO PRODUCE RADIATION |
| In traditional methods of electromagnetic radiation initiation, electrons, passing through a tunnel passage, simultaneously interact in the interaction zone with radiation, being generated, to produce an electromagnetic radiation. For this purpose, at least a pair of current-conducting electrodes is used. A selected distance between the electrodes has to ensure an interference of wave functions of these electrodes’ electron systems. At the same time, an outer power source is used to apply a potential difference to the electrodes to shift energy levels of these electrodes’ electron systems one against another.
In the newly-developed technology, a lengthy area in which generating radiation interacts with electrons passing through a tunnel passage is provided; at least, a pair of lengthy electrodes is used for creation of a wave structure with reduced optical losses, which concentrates generating radiation along the lengthy interaction zone.
