  WIND ENGINE ROTOR
Traditional wind engine rotor includes a vertical shaft and at least two vertical wing-shaped blades connected with the shaft, which are symmetrically located about the shaft rotation axis. In the newly-developed design, each blade is tied with the shaft through the profiled upper and lower semi-wings located in the common vertical plane passing across their longitudinal axes and installed at an acute angle to the shaft and blade, respectively. The root parts of the semi-wings are fixed to the shaft by means of fixtures and are spaced apart in the vertical plane. The ends of the semi-wings are connected through docking joints with the blade and are spaced apart in its vertical plane, forming the upper and lower blade consoles and articulated wing with a closed trapezium-shaped power frame.

  A METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF A SYNTHETIC GASEOUS MIXTURE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES WITH GAS RECIRCULATION
To treat exhaust gas under the method being patented, exhaust gas flow is split into two regulated flows. One flow is showered by injection of dosed water and is passed through a set of reagent plates. After that, solid particles, chemical reaction products and condensed moisture are removed from the said exhaust gas flow. In the end, treated exhaust gas flow is mixed with the other (untreated) exhaust gas flow and cooled.

In the newly-proposed design, another pair of the same spring-loaded weights is available; the weights are connected with the driving semi-coupling in the previously described way. Adjacent weights are connected with each other by means of a finger passing through the holes in the weights.

  A METHOD OF TRANSFORMING ELECTROHYDRAULIC HAMMER ENERGY
Several modification of the newly-developed method are proposed. In the first modification of the method, symmetrical reciprocating mechanical movement of a freely-movable piston is provided by alternative electrohydraulic hammers applied to both working sides of the piston. In the second modification of the method, electrohydraulic hammer energy of liquid is directly transformed in the working chamber into a rotary movement of the working body. For instance, released energy may be used to rotate a turbine by electrohydraulic strikes alternatively applied to a turbine blade. To control the speed of the turbine, the order and power of high voltage electric charges is varied. In the third modification, the newly-proposed method is used to pump liquid (water, for instance).
