LAW OF ELEMENTARY ARTICULATION AND ITS APPLICATIONS.

The author has found solutions of fundamental problems existing at the intersection of such disciplines as speech physiology and phonology in the area of biology and medicine as well as phonetics in the area of linguistics. He also provides the wording of the previously unknown scientific law of elementary articulatory gestures and the Natural System of Elementary Sounds-Signs of Speech as a unified "periodic table" of articulatory gestures of all thirty elementary vowel and consonant sounds-signs of speech.

HIGH QUALITY WATER PRODUCTION: ANALYSIS AND PERSPECTIVE

Nowadays there are a number of methods of drinking water quality determination. The main water characteristics are its chemical composition and purity. However it turns out that even pure water has very complex structure and properties. Drinking water standards do not reflect the most essential water property- its biological beneficial effect. That is why regular water we drink is not good enough.

PHYSiOLOGiCAL MECHANiSMS OF HUMAN HOMEOSTATiC REGULATiON DURiNG STRESS

Physiologists describe numerous cases of hypen-nobilization of the functional state of humans in extreme conditions, but the causes and mechanisms of this phenomenon have never been analyzed. We found that the organism can transfer (or not transfer) to a new level of homeostatic regulation during autogenous stress.

STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE PINEAL GLAND IN THE CASES OF FIBROSING OF ITS CAPSULE

The capsule and the coming off it trabeculae are an active element in the pineal gland structure. In order to achieve this aim we defined the percentage of cases with and without TFC by sex, by macroscopic criteria (length, width, weight, density) and by main hystological structures (availability of acervulus, gliosis, not tumor cysts, and way of forming of pseudolobs from the trabeculae elments).We studied 134 pineal glands of deceased that underwent an autopsy. 95 of these were men and 39 women with mean age 52,57 years.Slices of 5m stained Hematoxilin & Eosin and Van Gieson. Usual statistical methods were used for the analysis. Conclusions Cases with TFC represent 43,08% of all studied pineal glands. There is no statistically significant difference in the percentage of cases with TFC between the groups of those who died at 20-39 and 40 and above. There is no statistically significant difference in the percentage of cases with TFC among men and women. The length width and weight of pineal glands with fibrose capsulae are bigger. Density is not changed. The persentage with gliosis is higher in the group of pineal glands with gentle capsulae. The rest of the variables are without changes.

PINEAL GLAND MORPHOLOGY IN RELATION TO AGE AND SEX

There are no daily fluctuations in the levels of plasma melatonin after birth. Secretion of the hormone is gradually increased around the third month after birth. Highest levels of plasma melatonin are observed in children between 1 and 3 years. In the next age groups levels decrease and in adults they are with approximately 80% lower It is still not studied whether there are changes in the structural characteristics of the pineal gland(PG) related to age and sex.. The present study is undertaken with the aim to answer to the following questions.

STUDY OF CORRELATION BETWEEN THE TIME AFTER DEATH AND MACROSCOPIC PARAMETERS OF THE HUMAN PINEAL GLAND.

Introduction: There is no data about the relation between the time after death (TAD) and the macroscopic parameters (MP) of the human pineal gland (PG). Aims: 1. To study the effect of TAD to MP of PG, in order to determine the time of death. 2. To explore the ability of splanchnometric measurements of PG in first 48 hours after death. 3. To precisize some of the MP of PG, such as length, width, volume, weight and density. Mathrials and methods: 292 PG’s were observed at average age of 56.42±3.37 (14 - 95), 208 male and 84 female. Macroscopic splanchnometric measurements were made by the method of Avtandilov (1973). Results: The time of testing the MP is average х=18.1±1.61 h. We report low grade of causal relation (r<0.3), between TAD and time of the test in respect to MP of PG. Conclusions: 1. In the first 48 hours after the time of death the correlation between MP and TAD is low. 2. In the explored period of time, this low correlation can not determine the time of death. 3. Splanchnometric measurements are possible to be done in the first 48 hours after the time of death, not affecting the parameters of the MP.

It appreciably proves necessity of development of some special sections of space medicine on studying complex influence of destabilizing factors /CIDF/ in outer space /OS/ on psycho-physiological conditions of cosmonauts - tourists.

But till now it is not practically known, HOW this interaction occurs.
