In the article is shown that the compression shock in supersonic flow is characterized by strange properties that, at increasing of the thermal conductivity of gas, or at decreasing the Prandtl number () leads to a violation of the second law of thermodynamics that is expressed in the creation of possibility of generating energy from the heat of the equilibrium environment. It is shown that the Carnot cycle is valid only for those cycles in that are applied equilibrium in space actuating medium.

The main conclusions of the article What Is Energy? are thoroughly clarified and extended in the article with the help of a simple mathematic analysis. Finally, the genuine physical sense of the basic thermodynamic phenomena is disclosed and there opens a direct way toward the radical simplification and clarification of all the natural science picture in general.

  WHAT IS THERMAL CHARGE?
The article continues to put into practice a general scientific program set up in the articles What Is Energy? and What Is Entropy? which finally aims at revelation and elimination of a row of fundamental delusions of the contemporary thermodynamic theory by means of the method of gradual approximation. This time emphasis is placed on the compulsory specification of the basics of classical mechanics without which the task as a whole cannot be solved effectively.

  WHAT IS ENERGY?
Thermodynamics with its basic first and second elements and statistical physics, adjoining it directly, lies nowadays in the foundation of the whole physical theory, and consequently, in the foundation of the world science in general. Meanwhile, these fundamental elements – which is planned to show in the article eventually – are in many aspects erroneous statements based on the wrong logical interpretation of the considered particular natural phenomena.

  COMPLETE THERMODYNAMIC TRANSFORMATION IS POSSIBLE ONLY IN TRANSFORMERS OF THE SECOND TYPE
Perpetual motion machines don’t exist, this is my firm conviction. But there is no prohibition of transforming the energy with efficiency factor near to 100%, at least, nobody has proved it nowadays. Practically achieved results of transforming mechanic energy into mechanic energy or into electro mechanic transformations prove this fact.

  AETHEREAL THERMODYNAMICS
Taking as a fact [1] the presence of the ether in the Universe, united quasiisotropic, incondensible and elastic medium, being the main basic matter, the carrier of the whole energy, all processes, occurring in the Universe, and taking for the base of beliefs about it working models [2,3,4], presenting it in the manner of twocomponent medium - corpuscular and phase, we will consider its some thermodynamical effects caused by motion of ether in itself.

  THE MECHANISM OF SECOND LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS.
There are lot of statements of the second law of thermodynamics in phenomenological thermodynamics. .Meanwhile, if we study all of them carefully, they can be divided into two groups: one relates to the law of entropy s development, the other to the compensation for transforming heat into performance. The reasons and the mechanism of entropy `s development in the closed thermodynamic environment are studied in the 1`st chapter, where it is said, that the second law of thermodynamics is the consequence of the degenarative effect of the resultant impulse as the carrier of the cooperative kinetic energy in a multiple environment. The reasons and the mechanism of the compensation for transforming heat into performance, one of the keystone issues of the classical thermodynamics, will be spoken about in chapter 2. In the following article such terms as dissipative, many-particle or thermodynamic environment (system) are considered as an environment, composed of great (innumerable) amount of finite size particles. In general, the only relatively new term here is the concept of the dissipative threshold, but we’ll discuss it in details below.

  THERMODYNAMICS OF FLUID METALS AT ULTRAHIGH ENERGIES OF ELECTROCURRENT ACTION
The thermodynamics of fluid metals is closely bound to metallurgical processes of cast iron and alloys cooking. With physics of metal points of view, it is represented by quite settled applied discipline with the traditional analytical kettle. The situation varies at transition to electrophysical effects, the bound with passage of super-power series electrodischarges in metal melts. It took place at numerous and manifold experiments on electromagnetic guidance of a crystallization of metals. Academician D.I.Korneev put similar experience at ultrahigh energies of electrocurrent action for the first time. During development of new views of welding by a fusion and electroslag, he unclosed the unique phenomenon of the forced subcrystallizations at electrocurrent pulsing processing /ECPP/ a welding bath.

  PHENOMENOLOGICAL THERMODYNAMICS OF SUPERHIGH-ENERGY ELECTROIMPULSES IN METAL MELTS
The problem of making new steels, alloys, solid solutions and intermetallic compounds, is closely bound to search of effective physical methods of guidance interphasic transitions. One of the most innovational expedients of perspective metal materials formation on a basis of less-dendrite materials is electro current pulsing processing /ECPP/ on a procedure of academician D. I. Korneev [1, 2]. ECPP is characterized by passage of a series of superhigh-energy electroimpulses /SHEEI/ through hardening metal and it is accompanied by a series of not trivial physical processes. The analysis of these processes has allowed revealing their phenomenological thermodynamics, the bound with the kinetic evolutions of thermo-gradients and oscillation of thermo-wave packages.
