THE STRUCTURE OF WATER 
In this review it is reported about the research on the structure of intermolecular water cyclic associates (clusters) with general formula (Í2Î)n and their charged ionic clusters [(Í2Î)n]+ and [(Í2Î)n] by means of computer modeling and spectroscopy methods as 1ÍNMR, IRspectroscopy, DNES, EXAFSspectroscopy, XRay and neurons diffraction. The computer calculation of polyhedral nanoclusters (Í2Î)n, where n = 3–20 are carried out. Based on this data the main structural mathematical models describing water structure (quasicrystalline, continious, fractal, fractalclathrate) have been examined and some important physical characteristics were obtained. 

THE RED SHIFT AS A RESULT OF SLOWING PHOTONS 
Analyzed an alternative hypothesis to explain the phenomenon of red shift through decrease in the rate of photon. The hypothesis has a rationale, supported by observational data, and explains, in addition to the red shift phenomenon, increase the time flashes of distant supernovae. 

SPACE INTERPRETATION OF MAXWELL’s EQUATIONS 
The development of Maxwell’s equations based on the space interactions as the matter is presented. The generalized equation for the transformations of vector fields is given. The extensions to Maxwell’s equations are obtained, and the interpretation of it as a fundamental property of matter is provided. 

ATOMIC ELECTRON SHELLS FORMATION LAWS 
The analysis based on experimental characteristics of atoms shows, that the theory of electron "movement" in atom in its modern state is essentially erroneous. It is impossible to consider electrons in atoms as separate particles because in each electron shell they form a Bosecondensate. Therefore real electron "collectives" absolutely not resemble drawn by the theory stochastic orbital "spread" in space. In the article physical characteristics data of atoms repeatedly confirmed by experiments are used. Therefore disclosed laws, undoubtedly, have objective character and will be a reliable basis for further researches. 

DISCOVERY IN STATICS 
This article described the opening of a new law in fundamental physics, namely the law of the formation of an endless series of suspension (cablestayed) networks coatings. Opening relates to the mechanics, section of statics. 

ANALOGIES IN PROPERTIES OF ELECTRICAL AND MAGNETIC QUANTITIES 
In tabular form similar to the properties of electric and magnetic quantities. Analogy concern mainly the properties of vector quantities. SEN 3. THE THEOREM OF GRAVITATIONAL INTERACTION SHIELDING. SHIELDING CONSTANT MAKES 10–34±1.2 m2/kg. PHYSICAL CONDITIONS IN A BLACK HOLE NUCLEUS. 
The theorem, proving a shielding (absorption) of gravitational interaction and a decreasing of gravitational mass of a Universe (DUM), is given in the article. It is founded on a principle: “any material object has the finite size”. The DUM occurs at formation of Large Black Holes (LBH) and is caused by gravitational interaction screening in their nuclei. The model of a material nucleus of Large Black Holes (LBH) is given, its parameters are calculated. Development of explosion a LBH at increase in its mass to the peak is described. 

THE MASS OF ELECTRON 
It is described a method for calculating the mass of the electron by the ionization energy of the atom using dynamics equations of the orbital motion of electrons in the atom. It is assumed that the ionization energy is the kinetic energy of electron, when we have a parabolic speed on the orbit with which the electron is removed during ionization. The orbit radius calculated by the equation of the third Kepler law. 

VISUALIZATION OF MODELS OF ATOMS, MOLECULES, IONS AND CLUSTERS 
The analysis of the structures of the atomic nuclei and atoms, molecules, ions and the clusters from the textbook “Physical chemistry of microcosm" http://www.microworld.su/index.php/20120308175129/56620120309071146 shows that they reflect best of all the total information, showing the results of numerous experimental studies. So it is time to build their models in 3D, giving the most realistic representation of a microcosm at this stage of human knowledge. 

DE BROGLIE WAVE  IS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE ORBITAL ELECTRON CAPTURE? 
The behavior of the electrons flow in the crystal lattice subjected to a microgravity forces from the atoms forming the crystalline lattice is considered. Electrons under the influence of microgravity forces change the trajectory (orbit) flight. Depending on the distance of an electron from the atom core the electron orbit becomes elliptical, parabolic, and hyperbolic or remains straight. The scattering occurs electron flow is macroscopically perceived as diffraction on the lattice.
