| The formation of allowed (non-emitting) orbits is connected with concentric (tangential) orientation of magnetic field lines formed by the rotating atom core. The tangential orientation proved by reducing the emitting intensity with decreasing radius, which indicates a reduction of the Lorentz force and accordingly reducing the angle between the direction of motion of the electron and the orientation of the magnetic field lines. The formation of concentrically oriented lines occurs by a mechanism of boundary layers on the rotating bodies. |

| TRANSVERSAL PLASMA RESONANCE IN A NONMAGNETIZED PLASMA AND POSSIBILITIES OF PRACTICAL EMPLOYMENT OF IT |
| It is shown that in a nonmagnetized plasma, beside the longitudinal Langmuir resonance, there may also exist the transversal resonance. Both these resonance kinds are degenerated. Employment of the transversal resonance makes it possible to design resonators and filters, as well as powerful single-frequency lasers operating on the basis of collective oscillations of plasma.

| ABOUT UNITY OF PUSHING AWAY AND GRAVITATION IN THE THEORY OF A FIELD |
| At studying properties both elementary particles, and it is necessary for Universe to consider them in indissoluble communication with each other to recognize that their properties and change in space and time are interdependent. Dependence between expansion of the Universe and change of its weight, weights of elementary particles, speeds of light, a ratio between weights of a proton and electron is found. The size of quantum of gravitation - quantum of radiation of nucleons is designed. The size of strong (nuclear) interaction is designed, proceeding from wave laws of optics.

| ACTION OF HIGH-ENERGY ELECTROIMPULSES ON METAL MELTS |
| Action of superhigh-energy electroimpulses on crystallization melts various steels and alloys for the first time was comprehensively explored by academician D.I.Korneev at making of new methods of electro slag welding [1-3]. During a series manifold physics of metals experiments by him, the new effects varying structure and properties recrystallization of metals were unclosed. Among the data crystal physics phenomena’s are oozed, on the practical value, mechanics and corrosion effects. Thus successfully solved a problem of technological overlapping of two various physical processes - electro slag welding and temperature cycling of annealing. Scientific - applied aspects of the phenomenon of electro current pulsing processing /ECPP/ metal melts in modes of ultrahigh energies consist in opening the key opportunity of re-structuring metal matrix with giving of necessary service performances. In too time ECPP solves also a series of special problems, allowing gaining welded joints with high stability of metal of a seam mechanical and corrosion fractures without the subsequent thermal processing. |

| INTERNAL STRUCTURE of A PROTON AND NEW METHOD OF RECEIVING OF ENERGY |
| The proton was discovered in the early 20-th. in experiments with alpha-particles. In experiments on dispersion on protons of electrons and gamma - radiation the authentic proofs of existence of a certain internal structure from this particle were received. In 1970, it became possible to receive the direct proof in experiment in the Stanford centre of the linear accelerator (SLAC), that the proton really has internal structure [1]. However, the concrete internal structure of a proton remains unopeneded up. The hypothesis of quark as fundamental basis of elementary particles, has not resulted in an establishment of concrete internal structure of a proton. As it is marked in [1]: "Quark model was offered for an explanation of variety of adrons. It is nothing telling about an internal structure any of these particles by an obvious image " Till Now there is no understanding, on what principles the mechanism of formation of structure of a proton is constructed. On this reason there is no explanation of its mass, which is equal to 1836,1526675 (39) masses of electrons. Mass of a proton is determined experimentally. There are no the theory of mass of a proton and analytical relation for nalculation of its mass. From all heavy particles the proton is a single steady particle. This article is devoted to the decision of this task. |
