  ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES
The existing conceptions of electromagnetic waves eliminate both their movement in space and the possibility of their existence. The phase coincidence of the electric and the magnetic components in the electromagnetic waves gives them number of features that contradict with the basic laws of nature.   ON “THE PARADOXES” OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION
It is shown that some “paradoxes”, connected with the fundamental law of electromagnetic induction, are explained by incorrect ideas about the nature of this phenomenon. Electromagnetic induction is one of the methods of the electrical energy generation, in which the participation of electric charges is compulsory. Taking into account this circumstance the application of the Faraday’s induction law doesn’t lead to any paradoxes.

  TO THE ELECTRODYNAMICS OF COMMON SENSE
The “Field interaction theory” misrepresents the nature of electromagnetic induction. It causes a number of phantoms to appear, such as “vortex electric field”, “displacement current in vacuum” etc., out of which the theorists made real objects.   EXPLANATIONS OF PHYSICAL PROCESSES THAT OCCUR AT MEISSNER EFFECT
Physical processes are considered at Meissner effect. A new explanation is offered for reasons behind the surface shielding current occurrence at transition into superconducting state in constant external magnetic field. It is shown, that transition into superconducting state in a magnetic field should be accompanied by characteristic radiation.

  RESONANCE PROPERTIES OF STIMULATED EMISSION OF ANHARMONIC OSCILLATOR.
The stimulated emission of anharmonic oscillator in semiclassical approach is considered. The expression for power of emission of anharmonic oscillator is obtained. The dependence of power is presented graphically as a function of external field frequency for various quantum numbers. The numerical evaluation of emission power for the system of anharmonic oscillators is given.

  ON REFINEMENT OF CERTAIN LAWS OF CLASSICAL ELECTRODYNAMIC
The problems considered refer to the material equations of electric- and magnetoelec tric induction. Some contradictions found in fundamental studies on classical electrodynamics have been explained. The notion “magnetoelectric induction” has been introduced, which permits symmetrical writing of the induction laws. It is shown that the results of the special theory of relativity can be obtained from these laws through the Galilean transformations. The permittivity and permeability of materials media are shown to be independent of frequency. The notions “magnetoelectrokinetic and electromagnetopotential waves” and “kinetic capacity” have been introduced. It is shown that along with the longitudinal Langmuir resonance, the transverse resonance is possible in nonmagnetized plasma, and both the resonances are degenerate. A new notion “scalar-vector potential” is introduced, which permits solution of all present-day problems of classical electrodynamics

Academician D.I.Korneev of effect of superhigh-energy electrocurrent pulsing processing /SHEEP/ of melts solved the problem of adequate methods search of action on metals in basic after his discovery. Phenomenon SHEEP allows to carry out unique experiments on re-structuring a matrix basis a solid phase. Thus, basic principles of the theory of the condensed state of substance, the bound with oscillation, metastability, and evolution specific consistence are mentioned. Comparison of effects of the metallographic analysis shows, that, following strictly classical interpretation of processes of a crystallization and evolution in time modular states, it is not possible to receive qualitatively correct analogy to apparent physical processes.

  EXPLOSION OF BOILING METAL
In 80th years of XX century in city of shipbuilders - Nikolaev a number of large orders on super size transport court and the military ships, in particular, a heavy cruiser was carried out.   PHENOMENOLOGY OF PLANE - SPIRAL COILS
The abnormal resonant phenomena in plane-spiral Ruhmkorff coils /PSC/, as a rule, were considered from the qualitative point of view. Build-up what or theoretical or semi empirical models encountered absence of clear physical representations about essence of the apparent phenomena and a poor saturation a material as well tabulated data. After introduction of new model representations about mechanisms of quasi-particles jet conductance and expansion of the experimental datum the situation has changed. Therefore, it was possible to generate a physical fashion of the most interesting polygyromagnetic /PGM/ effect, as integrated process. It was found out, that blanket legitimacies of the PGM - phenomenon are closely bound to abnormal effects unclosed by V.A. Golubev: resonant-inductive /ARI/, electro acoustical /AEA/, and electro-gravitation-magnetic /EGM/. It has allowed offering as working hypothesis of PGM effect the processes accompanying electron-phonon interaction and giving in induction oscillation of longitudinal ultrasonic waves in PSC. Similar oscillations were considered as a principal cause of increase of inductance and diminution of a condensance in experiments with gaugings a quality factor of systems of contours. It also proved to be true the fact of excitation the resonator by means of an inductance coil reeled on glass cylinder of the resonator, without galvanic connection.

Thus successfully solved a problem of technological overlapping of two various physical processes - electro slag welding and temperature cycling of annealing. Scientific - applied aspects of the phenomenon of electro current pulsing processing /ECPP/ metal melts in modes of ultrahigh energies consist in opening the key opportunity of re-structuring metal matrix with giving of necessary service performances. In too time ECPP solves also a series of special problems, allowing gaining welded joints with high stability of metal of a seam mechanical and corrosion fractures without the subsequent thermal processing.

  RESONANT ANOMALIES OF PLANE-SPIRAL INDUCTORS
The history of electro physical examinations of individual loops and various systems from them totals about two centuries. For this time, the diversified experiments, apparently, revealed all potential opportunities of converting of electromagnetic energy in various superposition fields were put.   THE NATURE OF COMPENSATION FOR TRANSFORMING HEAT INTO PERFORMANCE
The following article is a retrenchment of the two chapters of the author research work entitled: ”The Dinamics Of The Unbalanced Dispersive Environments”. There are lot of statements of the second law of thermodynamics in phenomenological thermodynamics. For example [L-2] the author gives 18 statements. .Meanwhile, if we study all of them carefully, they can be divided into two groups: one relates to the law of entropy s development, the other to the compensation for transforming heat into performance. The reasons and the mechanism of entropy `s development in the closed thermodynamic environment are studied in the 1`st chapter of the work mentioned, where it is said, that the second law of thermodynamics is the consequence of the degenarative effect of the resultant impulse as the carrier of the cooperative kinetic energy in a multiple environment. This made possible to come to the conclusions which were contradicting the compensation for transforming heat into performance and the relating statements of the2`nd law of thermodynamics. The reasons and the mechanism of the compensation for transforming heat into performance, one of the keystone issues of the classical thermodynamics, will be spoken about in this article.
