| THE THEORY OF RELATIVITY AND RELATIVITY OF SIMULTANEOUS EVENTS |
| Considering the light speed constancy principle, the Special Principle of Relativity outlines the provision on relativity of simultaneous events, directed on reconciliation of this postulate with the principle of relativity. Definite values of time intervals of the light motion in both direct and return directions have been calculated for the motion frames of reference, being observed from the stationary system of reference within the framework of the Special Relativity Principle’s physical model. Calculation revealed their inequality. This fact is based on both light speed constancy principle and the principle of relativity, and thus, does not represent traditional paradox of the Special Relativity Principle, like a “clock paradox”, which represent the inherent contradiction of the Special Relativity Principle.

| CORRECTIONS: GENERALIZED LORENTZ TRANSFORMATION FOR AN ACCELERATED, ROTATING FRAME OF REFERENCE |
| There was examined a transformation, connecting resting inertial reference system and noninertial one, the origin of which moves arbitrary concerning inertial system, but without pushes. The properties of such a reference system are gained automatically. It is shown that noninertial frame of reference differs from its instantaneously comoving inertial frame one. Then there was viewed the transformation into the frame of reference, the axes of which smoothly rotate with an arbitrary angular velocity concerning the axes of the primary noninertial frame and the frames of reference origins coincide. There were corrected the requirements imposed on the rotation matrix. The properties of a new frame of reference are obtained. There was modified a our-dimensional tetradial representation of the generalized transformation

| VELOCITY OF LIGHT: ITS NATURE AND EFFECT |
| The cornerstone heart of the special relativity theory (SRT) is the statement of the constancy (independende) of the velocity of light, that is that the velocity of light, c, does not depend on the velocity of the source or the viewer. It is constant today and its value in the vacuum is ~ 3x108. Oobjects with velocities, u : u < c, do not possess such a property. By A. Einstein’s and later by A. Poincaret proposition, in 1905 this experimental fact was taken as inherent to nature. The statement known as Einstein’s postulate refers to all inertialreference systems, it has universal application area and at present is among the most fundamental laws of nature. |
