The problem of making of new steels and alloys is tightly bound to searching the effective physical analogs adequately circumscribing converting of energy of exterior action at phase modular passages. One of the most perspective modes of shaping of special metal materials on a base of few - arborescent metal lower dies is electrocurrent impulse treatment /ECIT/ on a method of academician Korneev [1-3, 7]. Innovational essence of Korneev ECIT consists in special algorithms of feeding of series of superhigh-energy electroimpulses through solidifying metal and is accompanied by a series of nontrivial physical processes. It, undoubtedly, raises value of use ECPT at the control and management of processes of hardening of melts over welding and metallurgical production. Influence of a degree of granularity of textures on corrosion behavior of recrystallized metals traditionally connects to a level of the maintenance of superficial micropores, heterogeneous inclusions, and homogeneous liquation. Similar stoichiometrical infringements of the polycrystalline order have the expressed centers of concentration, which are settling down mainly on borders of grains, more often. The conclusion that coarse-grained dendritic screen matrixes are predisposed to occurrence of the centers of the superficial corrosion considerably worsening mechanical service characteristics of metals and alloys from here follows. The contents of SHEEPT - method consists available series of special algorithmic procedures of generation of super-power pulses of an electrocurrent with a working voltage in hundreds kilovolts through solidifying melt of fluidic metal. As have shown the numerous authors’ explorations of SHEEPT, the given unique phenomenon has no known physical analogues and may be advanced in new section of physics of metals.

  EXPLOSION OF BOILING METAL
In 80th years of XX century in city of shipbuilders - Nikolaev a number of large orders on super size transport court and the military ships, in particular, a heavy cruiser was carried out. During a series manifold physics of metals experiments by him, the new effects varying structure and properties recrystallization of metals were unclosed. Among the data crystal physics phenomena’s are oozed, on the practical value, mechanics and corrosion effects. Thus successfully solved a problem of technological overlapping of two various physical processes - electro slag welding and temperature cycling of annealing. Scientific - applied aspects of the phenomenon of electro current pulsing processing /ECPP/ metal melts in modes of ultrahigh energies consist in opening the key opportunity of re-structuring metal matrix with giving of necessary service performances. In too time ECPP solves also a series of special problems, allowing gaining welded joints with high stability of metal of a seam mechanical and corrosion fractures without the subsequent thermal processing.
